Eligibility for Refund
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase
- Items must be in their original, unused condition with intact packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Exception: If the item arrived damaged or defective, we will cover return shipping

Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
